Mezcalita
If you like mezcal, order the Mezcalita. It's one of my favorite cocktails in Austin, and one of the few drinks that is consistently excellent every single time I visit. Smoky, bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of citrus. It never tastes overly sweet or like it's trying too hard. I've ordered it enough times to know this isn't a fluke. La Holly has this cocktail dialed in, and it's become one of those drinks I look forward to every time I'm there.
